2-Pricing
All prices are based on each piece or by dozen. Prices may not be fixed all the time. All sales are at
current prices in our website. Previous prices may not be suitable for current orders.
We may offer price break for large order upon request. No further discount for on-sale and
closed-out items.
3-Color
In the case of having different colors of the item, "Mix" colors are the all colors shown just like the
picture. The colors may not be evenly taken. It may be a few more for one color than the other upon
the stock availability. If you want the certain color in the mix, you need to ask us if it is possible to get
Only that color or mark your request in "customer comments" box after you check out.
4-Shipping
The shipping charges includes handling fee. Minimum shipping charge is applied for small order.
Normal Delivery time (Working days)
*The same date for the order placed is the ordering date, which is not counted as a delivery day.
Sat/Sun can not be counted as working day.
*Ground shipping can not be applied for PO Box, military base, Hawaii, Alaska and islands
addresses.
We will send out the order in time upon receiving the order. It may be delayed for shipping when the
item is in restocking or other shipping delay (such as delay by US postal or UPS) or holidays season.

6-Payment
Via Payment button-we take Visa, MasterCard, Discover,American Express
Via calling through telephone-we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,debit card
and any other credit term upon approval.
7-Order lost
It may happen during the shipping (lost by carriers). We will resend the order by THE SAME
SHIPPING METHOD YOU CHOOSE with any charges. We have no responsibility to send it by
upgrade shipping ( Priority or Express mail) unless you can pay for the difference for the upgrade
shipping method.
8-Shipment delayed or held
The delay may happen when the credit card is declined or we are in holiday's seasons. We will not
have responsibility to upgrade the shipping method without extra charge.
8-Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have to return it within 21 days after the shipping date.
Your order will be replaced/exchanged or we will refund the order full amount to your SAME credit
card after we receive the return . You will pay the shipping to send it back. We can not
arrange any pick-up service for returning.
Returns (for any reasons) received after 30 days from the shipping day (orders to you) will be
charged 25% restocking fee.
Returns (for any reasons) received after 60 days from the shipping day (orders to you) will be
charged 50% restocking fee.
Returns (for any reasons) will not be allowed after 90 days from the shipping day (orders to
you). Any reasons ( such as the box has not been opened, we call you many times...) will not be
accepted.
You do not need to call or email us to obtain the refund authorization. Please send back with the
cheapest way you can find ( UPS ground, or Fedex ground, US postal parcel).
In the case of returning of the order due to wrong address being provided or undeliverable address,
due to refusing to accept the order, the shipping charges can not be refunded. The freight will be
charged again for any re-shipping required.
All returns must ship to the shipper address in the shipping label.

Normally it takes 1-2 days to be ready for shipping. It may take 3-5 days during busy season. Please
